Summary of Duties

  • Managing Residential Operations
  • Working closely with the resorts operational departments to maintain and inspect all managed Residences
  • Working closely with both Reservations and also the Front of House teams as it relates to owner arrivals
  • Ensuring all Governance requirements, and enforcing all Rules and Regulations of the Association
  • Adhering to the four pillars of Operational Excellence: Owner and employee engagement, Financial Excellence and Property Management
  • Manages Relationships with Property Stakeholders
  • Attending Board meetings and provides monthly reports and financial statements to the Board of Directors.
  • Collecting of Association Dues and managing the Annual Budget, and expenses
  • Creating residence reservations
  • Managing the Owner Experience
